Luggage storage area | The “Learning Commons” classroom on the 1st floor of the Center is open to the public. After registration, luggage storage is available. However, it is unlocked, so please carry your valuables with you. |

Important notes
Language Support | In order to ensure that the tour and explanations run smoothly, the Symposium Secretariat will divide the participants into groups in advance. The captain and the chief engineer will provide explanations in English for foreign visitors. |

Clothing and footwear | Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for visiting the ship. Also, please wear comfortable walking shoes as the ship may rock and there will be stairs to climb. Please refrain from wearing high-heeled shoes, sandals, or slippery shoes. |
Food and Beverage | No food or drink is allowed on board. |
Safety Management | Please follow the instructions of the crew and take extra care for your safety during your visit. In the unlikely event of an injury on board, first aid will be provided, but we cannot provide professional medical care. Please be aware of this beforehand. |
Caution overhead | Please be aware that you may bump your head unexpectedly at the entrance of the ship, on the stairs, or in other places. Helmets for visitors are not available for rent. |
Photography | Photography of the bridge, engine room, and other areas of the ship is permitted, but please respect the privacy of other participants and crew members if their faces are in the shot. |
Toilets | Toilets on board are available for use. |
Rainy weather on the day of the tour | Rain or shine. However, if stormy weather is expected due to an approaching typhoon, etc., the tour may be cancelled for safety reasons. |
