For members of Japanese-French Oceanographic Society (Japan): Registration is not required (free of charge) to attend Mini-Symposium and Poster Presentations. Information of these events including password to access these web sites will be sent by e-mail (member's mailing list).

For members (or relevant persons) of Societe franco-japonaise d'Oceanographie (France): Registration is required free of charge to attend these events.

For the others: Registration is required (free of charge) to attend these events. Please contact to the symposium secretariat (2020_symposium@sfjo-lamer.org) by October 15.

Registration is required for all person who would like to present one's research result.
Please fill in the registration form below and send it to the symposium secretariat (2020_symposium@sfjo-lamer.org) by September 17 24 (17:00 JST) (extended).

Abstract template (MS-Word file): For preparation of your abstract, please use this MS-Word template and send your abstract (MS-Word file, A4, 1 page, in English) to the symposium secretariat (2020_symposium@sfjo-lamer.org) by September 30.

Poster presentation file: For preparation of your poster presentation, please use a presentation software (such as MS-PowerPoint) and send your presentation file (save as a PDF file, up to 15 slides, in Engllish) to the symposium secretariat (2020_symposium@sfjo-lamer.org) by October 12.

Registration fee:
For members of Japanese-French Oceanographic Society (Japan): 5,000 JPY (Free of charge for students)
For members (or relevant persons) of Societe franco-japonaise d'Oceanographie (France): Free of charge.
For the others: 10,000 JPY (5,000 JPY for students)

Presentation files are displied on the web from October 18 to October 21, and participants can discuss with a presenter using a bulletin board on the web during this period. The presenter may discuss with participants in real time at the presetation core time on October 21. Instructions on how to conduct poster presentation are announced to the presenter by e-mail after the registration.

Anyone who presents one's results at the poster presentation can submit the proceedings paper to the special issue of La mer for free of charge. Deadline of submission is December 31, 2021.
